the raspberry powder is excellent, and the team is very professional.
So after purchasing several different freeze dried powders on amazon and wondering why they not only didn't taste fresh, but tasted wayyyyyy sweeter then they should I noticed that most of the products on amazon not only contain maltodextrin but in the quantities bordering on the absurd. Like over 50% added Maltodextrin.... Insanity!
However no such additives found in VFD! On top of that, the flavour is abso -freakin-lovely!

The raspberry powder is a great quality, with no visible seeds. Great for including in my macaron mix. Color, flavor and texture are all perfect for me! Amazing price too!
Previously I bought the whole raspberries and liked them except when mixing in yogurt as the seeds are hard. So I enjoy the powder for items that don’t go in the vitamix.
